PLASTIC CRUSHER

The PC series Granulators are heavy duty, high speed precision granulation machines designed for the rapid size reduction of various types of material in a single pass. The material is cut cleanly between the rotor and stator knives, and cut down to a homogenous regrind size determined by the screen holes on the fitted screen.

SPECIFICATIONS
Rotor Locking Device：Ensures safety during maintenance when the hopper is in the open position.
Screen：Various screen sizes.
Lockable screen support frame：Robust frame to support the screen maintains the screen shape and avoids damage to the screen.
Optional Screw Discharge Chute：Material can be discharged from the collection chute by screw feed rather than air extraction.
Hydraulic Station：The pressure and timing can be adjusted to suit different materials.
Sound Proof：Cut off the noise effectively when the machine operation.
Bearing Seat：Protective bearing covers to avoid foreign contamination entering the bearing housing.
Hopper：Robust welded hopper with additional support struts to increase strength of hopper and prolong service life.

We can offer variety of rotor configurations to suit different applications.
Front Set V-Rotor
Used for crushing the hard materials, such as plastic blocks/ plastic tube/ ABS/ PC/PS, etc.
Rear Set V-Rotor
Used for crushing the hollow materials, such as plastic bottles/ plastic pipe, etc.
Ladderblade Rotor
Used for crushing the extra hard materials, such as plastic lumps/ extra-heavy pipe/ thick plate, etc.
F-Rotor
Used for crushing the soft plastic, such plastic films/ woven bags/ PET bottles/ TV shell, etc.
L-Rotor
Used for crushing the rubber materials, such rubber/ tire, etc.
